Told you I could get it done tonight. XDAnyway, here's Miss Lucia Karlek, looking quite lovely if I do say so myself.
I originally was going to have some flower petals floating around her, go the whole nine yards with it, but it's late and that would have taken forever.
Anyway, as usual, any constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Now with eyebrows and a slightly smaller head! XD

As Nayru said, her eyes are a bit low, which gives the impression that she has a rather large forehead. Her left right (the eye on the viewer's right) doesn't have a noticeable pupil like her other eye does. She's also missing eyebrows
