Actual name before death he cannot recall, but it doesn't appear to bother him greatly

Gender: Boy, but as a little ghosty thingamabob is often called an it.

Height: 11" That's right only eleven inches in height! xD

Age: Unclariffied, He died around vaguely around the 1940's. And was in his early twenties when he did die.

Species: A ghost. (Gee so original!)

Backstory: Chip's backstory is actually unknown to himself but I'll tell you what I know...

Raised in a family of four, himself, his brother and his loving and dotting parents. He lived a seemingly average life. Many a day spent down at the creek on the property line. Those gloriously warm days spent splashing feet in the icy cool water with his younger brother... Oliver was his younger brother's name. Oliver loved his older brother but he didn't show it very often- the closest he ever came to showing affection was pushing his older brother into the deeper part of the creek when he was unaware. But boys will be boys.
"Chip" grew into being a handsome young man with quite a few callers, with striking red hair and friendly eyes willing to lend a ear and sympathize with any young lady who was pretty enough to catch his eye. But he created enemies this way too he was a utter jerk in that way, seeing as any girl who wasn't up to his standards was completely ignored and if she pursued him he'd laugh and make fun of her with cold remarks. He definitely a superficial person in life. I don't think "Chip" was a bad person though... Just weak. He was actually afraid of ever falling for a person who wasn't just looks, his mind burned at the idea of actually investing himself into a relationship that might go past just getting the broad into bed. He was scared... What if she decided that all he had simply was boring and not enough, that the the chase was simply that. A chase... With no prize. "Chip" certainly wasn't a prize in his own mind. He could do very little outside seeming friendly and dressing fine.
Yes, infact I believe "Chip" never fell in love his whole life I think it actually took his auto mobile coming to a fiery crash down a slope into a bolder for "Chip" to realize he'd wasted his entire life never looking for the right person and that he hadn't become anyone he'd ever want to meet or care for.

So he struck a deal with a dealing spirit in the afterlife. To be brought back to life in the world of the living but with no physical body and without his memories of who he used to be. He gave away his life in exchange for another try as "Chip" nothing more then a little floating head without his warm eyes but now with gaping black holes that would give anyone the shivers if stared at for too long, and a little brown bowler hat that he wore the day he died.

Personality:
Intensingly curious about most everything the little ghost is known for doing things that would be considered rude out of sheer curiosity. Seems to want to be helpful if he can and smiles a lot awhile talking.

Abilities:
Can levitate, go through most walls and for a short period of time can spread out his form into a glitchy looking pale white boy with no eyes. Retaining his red hair and bowler hat.
Also can seemingly dissipate if spooked. He'll basically turn invisible.

Likes and dislikes:
+Warmth, as he is constantly a little cold ghost.
+Mirrors, he likes sliding back and forth in front of them as his appearance follows.
+People who talk to themselves... Really he loves them because he can listen in.
-Dogs, they always bark and growl at him.
-Cats, their fur poof up and they hiss at him.
-People who try to catch him with butterfly nets... Really it hurts.
