"Shoutmon! Ballistamon! Dorurumon! Starmon and Pickmons! DIGI-XROS!"The debut of my Taiki cosplay at ALA 2011 Digimon gathering with ~Tokio-Amarfi as Akari. We were supposed to have a Zenjirou, Nene, and Kiriha, but due to financial funds they couldn't make it them in time, so were pointing toward Fanime to do it.
It was a lot of fun being in this costume, it took a while to put together since I had a hard time finding an "affordable" red vest >> The only thing I wish I had was the Xros Loader digivice, but the real thing online is too expensive. Who knows, maybe I'll commission one or get lucky

I went to Fanime this year and didn't see you guys. Granted, it would have been hard to find to specific cosplays, but I like seeing Digimon cosplayers.

She has BLACK Xros Loader, they are rare, because there was some "special time" when you could get that. ......And she has Nene's new, LAVENDER Xros Loader too... ΓΆ___ΓΆ Her friend ordered it from Japan from that factory which makes them... Special order... It cost... over $200... .______. Damn you, rich guys. X''DD I have... strange acquaintances...

Haha thanks. I used a wig actually, except that one now fell apart kinda and I'm planning to get a new one this fall. And personally, I'm a yaoi fan like you, it's just a friend that was my Akari( I was supposed to have a Kiriha, Nene, and Zenjirou but they didnt make their cosplays in time). I don't know if I was the first Taiki cosplayer in the US, but I was the first one to post a Taiki cosplay on Deviantart xD;
Yeah I really want a Xros Loader, but they are so expensive. When I look on ebay the cheapest for the original is like...$100, including shipping. I tried to commission one from someone cause I really want it for is a prop than a game, but they were just gonna charge me pretty much around the same price as the original so they said my best bet is getting the real one. Maybe when Xros Wars comes out in the US they will release toys and a Xros Loader will be one, and I can get it then. That might not be till next year though >>;
I'm thinking about it, but I have so many other cosplay plans right now that Taiki's 2nd outfit will have to wait.

I've found Xros Loaders as $50-70 including shipping... o.o strange.
