Cool! I had an idea like this a while ago. Earth was full of humans, but some were hybrid with dragons. (what to call em)
They had a dragon form, hybrid form, and human form. Night Furies are, of course, rare. There were also the humans who saw the hybrids as threats and were determined to get rid of them. A bit like X-Men!
