Well as i was playing Emerald nuzlocke, and this gym leader took out my slowpoke, which I called Speedpinch.So I did this to her lul.

Nice pic lol. However why would slowpoke get taken out? Water types rarely lose to fire types no matter how strong they might be...

Afraid not. When you are playing the nuzlocke challenge, all pokemon that faint are considered dead and you can't use them anymore.
The other rules are that you can only catch the very first pokemon that you see per new area and you need to come up with a nickname for every pokemon that you catch.

Did you lose the Gym battle in the process as well?
Also could it be possible she used the Magcargo+yawn maneuver to put Speedpinch out commission and thus throw you of track as well?
