Actually, a Weavile using a Fighting Gem boostd Brick Break against a Lucario, who presumably had a Modest or Timid nature taking into account that Aura Sphere, Weavile has a 75% chance to One Hit KO, which makes the odds heavily stacked against you.

Not this Lucario. And if you consider the anime, well Ash's Pikachu has survived plenty of strong attacks, despite Pikachu having low defense stats, and Lucario in the anime has done so too.

My OC Ace has a form stronger than his Mega Evolution like your character actually. It's a specialty for any Lucario from his family blood line, ever since Arceus found his first ancestor worthy of such power. Also, what relation does what you brought up have to the anime?

It's basically going way off-track from the games. As the anime gives certain Pokemon, such as Groudon, forms that aren't in the games, and certain Pokemon have way more strength than usual, like Pikachu or, as you brought up, Lucario, I feel the connection to the anime exists, even if loose at best.
As for the backstory of Angel, when exploring the Whirl Islands, an unexpected detour led us to find a strange blue gemstone. When Angel held it, angelic wings appeared from her back and she became the same blue colour as the gemstone. Now, when she takes on the new form, the gemstone becomes part of her body, placed on her forehead, giving the appearance of a 'third eye.'

That's an interesting story about your OC. And which form of Groudon are you talking about? If Primal Groudon, that's something that exists in the games. If the one from the Jirachi Wish maker movie, well, that one is debatable as to whether or not that's a real Groudon.

I was talking about the one in Jirachi Wish Maker. I would debate that Jirachi has the same powers as Arceus, as in being able to create legendary Pokemon. Also, the story behind your OC is pretty cool too.

Ah, I see. And thanks. I have quite a few OCs actually, including a unique concept for Mewthree I don't think anyone has done yet. A Mewthree created by Cipher, born as a Shadow PokΓ©mon and he calls himself Ares. He's a Psychic and Dark type. He actually has a counterpart as well, whom is the physical manifestation of the good that left his body. Her name is Serenity, her body, unlike the more Mewtwo like body Ares has, she has a body more similar to a Mew's body and she's a Psychic and Fairy type. They both also have a slightly larger third eye on their foreheads.

I actually chose Incineroar first, but I definitely prefer Primarina.

Cool ^^ Litten was my favorite of the first forms until I saw Incineroar. I still like Litten, but I was disappointed with Incineroar, so I changed my starter choice to adorable little Popplio. Decidueye is kinda cool to me, though his prior forms are kind of meh to me.

I actually like Incineroar more than Litten. I think it's cool how they surpassed everyone's expectations of another fire/fighting type. I really don't like Decidueye that much though.

It has a cool typing and I'm not denying his stats are decent, but I'm just not a fan of the design. It looks awkward to me. It's fine that you like it though. Oh nos! A kidnapping is afoot but its led to quite a lovely result. Though how Weavile proved to be so good with rope with claws like that is anyone's guess. Dark Types truly are full of surprises. Nice work.
