Good art man, But did you even glance at the character you were drawing? 

I understand it may be a style choice but this looks nothing like the character you were given, upon going to callicat's artfight gallery I saw that you were drawing THIS character--->   AND uMn well, that looks nothing like her. While I understand you didn't have this ref when this image was created, all you had to do was type "Invader Zim" into your google bar and see that the aliens are not big tiddy wide hip girls. EVEN THE DRAWING OF RIA   isn't like that. If you'd added the hair and more human look like this verison -->  it'd be. 

Things that could be improved:
1: the eyes, please when given a species look in google for it, none of the aliens have eyes like that
2: THE face, this gonna give me nightmares, PLEASE look for a species ref next time, the mouth is super human like and the head looks like a potato.
3: the body, correct me if I'm wrong but in the show, we never saw a buff, big boobed, wide hip alien struttin about. THESE ARE mostly lanky aliens, the fingerless gloves aren't even close to what the creator has drawn. 

Anatomy wise theres plenty to work on, the torso is to short and the hips are way to wide, the shoulder isn't connected to the body and the pose looks stiff.
