That's great and all, but who thought it'd be a bright idea to make a secret agent out of someone that prone to insane/dumb decisions?
THEORY ONE: Her job description is something along the lines of "decoy". God knows they need one, if only to keep the actual competent operatives unkidnapped and able to carry out missions successfully every now and again.
THEORY TWO: Random is her superpower: If even her allies can't figure out her next move, their enemies sure as heck won't. It doesn't matter whether that move is rigging the bad guys' lab to explode or just stomping on ketchup packets; what matters is the element of surprise.
