It's off model ... but I actually like your version a heck of a lot better than the original design! xD
he totally looks bad-ass here ... well, as bad ass as a blocky-chibi can look.

Hhahaha! Yea, I just kinda draw them how I think/remember they are. The thing I remember the most was how I butchered their names growing up. Celes was more like 'kay-less'.. I've never been good at figuring out pronunciation. I just garbled the letters into something.

I actually forgot their original names for a good 6 years. I always called them by the dumb names I gave them (Rubin, Ed, Fluffy, Doom, Death, Babe)
Cool idea (drawing them without ref), think I'll do that with some of my fav games.

I think it's great that you have an original style, that it's not just a copy of someone else's drawing. That makes it a lot more interesting since even though the character is from the game, it's still your work.
