Description
A very good friend of mine is graduating college this semester... She handed me a gessoed board and asked me to paint her something as a graduation present.... This is what came out. ^_^. She grew up on a dairy farm and I wanted her to have something cheery and bright for her bathroom. I hope she likes it.Acrylic.
13 by 20 ish.

that title is irresistable. anyway, very nice color. i'm tempted to say it's getting a little crowded in there, but i don't want to see any of those little guys go. it's a tough choice between more breathing room and more adorable animals...a decision i wrestle with every day of my life

Hahahahaha. Much appreciated comments...It does look crowded.. doesn't it..? The painting breathes sooo much better than the scan. I think it is a scale issue. Also, my scanner is going and the entire picture has nasty lines through it on high high res...
Anyhoos, I got such a bad habit of putting in needless details and objects cause it strikes my fancy to do so. I always find myself thinking about their placement in the composition after I paint them. Har. The entire painting doesn't even look like an acrylic here on DA. Looks like a watercolor to me. I was surprised by how it looks as I posted it. Ah well, these are my mutterings... I'll end here.

That is so adorable. I love the colors and all the flying animals and stuff atop the fluffy fluffy clouds. For old guys I sure as heck want to huggle them. So
