I just learned today that cadmium yellow, orange and red are toxic (base of this painting btw). I gotta move to digital painting. I have accidently dipped soo much paint into my tea/coffee over the past few years. That doesn't even include all the paint on my arms and hands... or when a tube of paint is jammed and I open it with my teeth. I have probabbly destroyed my kidneys or whatever organs they attack.
I should go and google this.
