My hair has gotten longer and I've retired my winter hat in my last ID..Felt a change in the works, a replacement was needed and I really wanted to wear my favorite shirt.
Now.. I need to figure out... is what a sound effect for a vampire could be.... slurp? khee-kheee?... maybe blahhh blahhhh?
Photoshop coloring for those fellows who wonder. This was a scan of a ink drawing I did. I tried desperately to ink it digitally, but my hand doesn't seem steady enough for it just yet. I left a bunch of the garbage from the scan in. It was fitting, everything I do is messy and slightly rushed. I did photoshop out some acrylic marks that appeared in the scanning process.. Apparently I've got acrylic speckles up and down my scanner bed, I wonder how that happened.. ^_^ I guess I should let my paintings dry before I scan them.

I adore this. I laughed when I saw it. The monkey is so cute and the whole piece is splendid. I cannot think of a more fitting ID for someone who has always, and continues to do so, makes me smile with their wonderful talent and imagination.

THanks! *gets all nostaligic* I miss my long hair. It hasn't gotten back to this length yet. *sigh* I cut off 24 inchs and donated it to cancer a few years back. It is only starting to get long again... Oh, what was I thinking, that was a lot of hair! They only wanted 10 inches. Hahah, I gave them double that. It went to a good cause. Erm. The monkey. This is my companion of sorts, he seems to have started to follow me around. When I started to sell stuff on Amazon.com and Ebay.com to help make that dreaded loan payment for the college every month... I started sprawling this guy on all the packages. I think that when people will get a beaten up used book/item they may forget about the condition of the item completely 'cause I put a jolly happy monkey on the packingslip/packaging. Hehe. It seems to be working, eh, sometimes. Anyhooos...When I sketch, my people looks like little monkies without tails. Heh.. Sometimes a stray pencil line gives them tails.... My sketches of people look like monkeys.. Yea. Um. LOvely day, we are having... XD

Snack Pak!! The monkey does look mightily hungry.. Sorry I can't keep the artwork coming at a quicker rate. Work is a time sucking octopus attached to my face.. and it is eating me alive...but all is good.. I've been working on this huge painting. Big paintings always take more time than I ever imagine... I hope to get it done soon, I'm running low on acrylic.. ^_^ Much love.
