Description
Another from the "devirginizing" of the studio's back area. I like the drama of this shot, but Louisa asked me if it looked too much like my shoot with Xanthinealkaloid [link]Sure it is similar, but we were just playing around and I don't think she did it with her in mind and I like this shot. Who knows.
Bugs me that there is a brick wall in this shot.

thank you. I think the cramped spaced forced the angles and Louisa never stands straight

Thank you. Just one light, above camera clamped to a 2x4 on the ceiling with a grid. I never shoot with the preset color balance and for this I had a cooler kelvin temp. I tried a warm one, but perhaps it was the freezing cold room, but it felt like it needed cooler tones. Of course I photoshopped some more layers of blue in, but before I start shooting, I always make sure I have the color tones in my head. I don't play around without a direction and I always try and do things in camera...seems like a lot of work, but I like to be in control of my own destiny

Thank you. As always, I give my models a lot of credit. I like working with people who can bring more to a project than a human body. I wish I lived in an area that had more talent like the 1 or 2 people I consider "favs". Louisa always gives me more than I expect.
