Thank you. I was just sad Ho-Oh always looked so pissy. I tried to make him less angry, but I still think he looks a little grouchy.

I don't think Ho-Oh is grouchy, I think it's friendly, Birds of prey always look grouchy, Even if they're not.

I figure Ho-Oh isn't really grouch, but it always LOOKS very grouchy, beyond the bird of prey aspect. I think that is why spearow/fearow looks so grouchy. I really think it is the design of the eyes that make it difficult to draw in a non-angry manner.
