Edit: Shrank the neck and just tweaked the colors and face a little bit! Her arms are a bit short but I didn't feel like messing with them. :U Older version hereIt's the cute Pokemon Florges! I really wanted to have this done in time for Valentine's Day, but the power went out for a few days so that didn't happen. Oh well!
