Hello lovelies!

So while stuck in lockdown I figured it was time to tidy out a few things while keeping my hands busy drawing. I figured a good idea would be to take some old characters I was no longer using, redesign them and offer them as adoptables for you, my fellow Rayfans!

This was such a fun project. The original designs for these characters were so old and outdated and it felt good to give them all a fresh coat of paint. But I don’t really have anywhere to take these characters and I figure other people can do better things with them than I.

Don’t worry, this isn’t me throwing away all my Rayman OC’s ;D. Just a handful which I never did anything with and deserved better.

I’m eternally grateful to all those who showed interest, liked the artwork, and of course the lovely folk who gave these babies a new home.

I’m going to leave this piece up without the [SOLD] signs because I still like the drawings . But these characters officially belong to the buyers stated above!

FAQ:
Why so cheap?

Mainly because I want to get rid of these characters, but also don’t feel right about charging people for Fan character designs when I'm not giving the money to charity. I don’t own Rayman or his species so charging some massive sum for them feels wrong to me. But I want to have some small form of payment to cover the work that went into the individual pieces and to also have an official receipt from the buyer to cement the ownership of the fan character.

How do I pay?
Once you have chosen a character there is a link in my shop to pay the points for the adoptable.

You need to include the number of the character(s) you wish to buy. Once confirmed I will private message you with individual artwork for the character(s) you have bought!

Once I own the character what can and what can’t I change about them?

Generally speaking once you own the character you can change whatever you like about them. While I have included a few details about them to explain certain parts of their design really anything else can be adjusted or changed to fit the character into your world. While I would prefer them to stay as limbless beings things like their backstory, age, personality, gender, sexuality, jobs, hobbies, powers, abilities, skills and alignments can change as much as you wish. Also any details not shown in the design can be added (for example, tattoos and scars hidden under clothes or on their backs).

if you have any specific questions about any of these characters please don’t hesitate to ask!

Once I own the character do I have to credit you every time I draw them?
I only ask for credit if you repost my artwork of the character anywhere. If you redraw the character in your own style then you do not need to give me credit. But if you want to upload the character artwork I have drawn to sites like Toyhouse etc then I would like credit for my art being used.

Can I re-sell this character once I own it?
Yes, but if you want to use my artwork to sell the character you MUST make it clear where you got the original artwork from. If you redraw the character then sell it then that is fine as my artwork has not been used to help promote the character ^_^
