It's not a custom background, that background is embedded in Windows 8 RTM

rtm is really great. a must try.
at first, I don't like it because of the appearance of explorer. so dull. lol
now I like it much. will buy license when the final will release for sure. can't go back on win7 for some reasons.

Did you ever have troubles with installing Windows 8. I wanted to try on my desktop but decided not to since it wasn't liking the partition I was using for it. I eventually did get it installed but then I installed the drivers for my usb wireless adapter and it broke it. You'd think that drivers that work in windows 7 would work in windows 8. Well I haven't tried to install it on my desktop since then. I didn't have any problems installing on my laptop other than the same problem with partitions I had on my desktop. For some reason it has problems with partitions if they don't have windows 7 already installed on them. All these problems are during installs of the release preview, I never had a problem with the consumer preview.

I tested all build of win8 that was leaked. I installed them without any problems.
About partition, you must have knowledge on making/deleting partition. As far as i know, managing partition on win8 are the same on managing partition on win7 and winvista.
About your usb wireless adapter, here's what you have to do to make it work:
Open the driver folder setup.
Right-click the setup.exe and select "Properties".
"Check" Run this program in compatibility mode for: and select "Windows 7".
"Check" Run this program as an administrator.
Click "OK".
Now, run the setup.exe and proceed to install it. DONE!
If still not working, do the step-by-step instruction above ON ALL .EXE YOU'VE FOUND ON YOUR DRIVER FOLDER.

Ah I didn't think to run it compatibility mode for windows 7, thanks for reminding me of that. Managing partitions are the same as in windows 7.
