Hmm...I like the gradient window color you have going on, but I think it's a little overdone. Maybe scale back the blue color a bit?
Other than that, it looks great! I especially love all of the fonts you're using.

The gradient background was coded from explorerframe.dll. If you didn't replace your explorerframe.dll with mine, the background color turns white.. So, with this vs you have 2 options.
