So, this is it... I'm sorry if you waited something cute or fluffy about these two again... xD Today's angst time! Since 'Through imperial eyes' airs today in which we will learn if Kallus dies or they manage to save him and he joins the rebels I thought it would be fitting to share how my story goes about these two. And I really-really wanted to finish it in time so I worked literally day and night for like a week to finish this. I already had this story quite a long time now, and then I learned that Kallus became Fulcrum and it added a plus meaning to the whole thing, even more reason for this to happen.
The guy in the white uniform is Essho Lieh (I think I shared a few sketches about him already, maybe) He's another ISB agent, and he hates Kallus ever since the Academy because Kallus always was better than him and Essho's real achievement would be to defeat Kallus so setting up a cruel trap like this satisfies him greatly. All those years he kept stalking Kallus' records to know what is his rival doing, how is he developing and while Kallus kept refusing promotions to be able to stay on the battlefield Essho didn't miss one opportunity to climb up the career ladder. He's more the mind than the muscle, manipulation, charisma and finding the right persons are his specialities. Right now he's working with Thrawn on capturing this mole within the Empire, and learning it is Kallus... Damn it was like Christmas for him. He also holds a grudge against Tora (mostly for being Kallus' girlfriend, once he tried to get her for himself just to take her from Kallus -he thinks she's ugly anyway- but of course he failed, the only thing he achieved was a punch from Tora) so he will really enjoy what he's about to do to her ;_____;
Poor Kallus just realized he fucked up... Fucked up real badly... He never was afraid to risk his own life but now the woman he loves will get tortured and executed because of him...... I can't even imagine the desperation he feels here... And if we talk about desperation... Fuck, can you imagine Tora's state of mind?? She worked so damn hard for the Empire all these years believing their propaganda all along that she can help creating a peaceful more secure world, so she followed every fucked up order, made so many sacrifices and did extra work all the time, was always one of the top troopers and she gets this in return?? They accuse her with treason while she's one of the most loyal imperials out there! And they betray her this badly and will torture her... She finally found happiness with Kallus and now it is all shattered... And the poor woman has no idea it is all her fiance's fault... Kallus never dared to share his new affiliation with her knowing that she still believes the Empire's lies. *sigh* And now Kallus has no choice but walk into the trap and contact his new friends, the rebels because he knows he has no chance to save Tora alone.

The troopers accompanying Essho are practically a variation of Krennic's death troopers they just have white armor and helmets. I imagine once Essho became high rank enough he immediately acquired his own 'body guards' so to call just to show off how powerful and important he is. Also his ranking plate is completely made up because I can't figure out Imperial ranking plates to save my life.
