Yes, I'm developing it.Β
I'm almost finished creating/learning how to work with characters.Β
Next will be building the gameplay mechanics beyond simply moving the character about.Β

The eye reflections give me an idea.
What if reflections in certain characters would be altered to hint at certain characteristics, (like red-tinted eyes for vampire) or it could be used as a form of "true vision" into the character or intentions of that character (color hints at alignment?)
Or perhaps that the reflections in the eyes could function as a "lenses of true vision" from the zelda series that showed hidden level geometry.
Though I feel this all would be too much work, only so many ideas can make it in.
Like most that has been shown, this is very good.

This... is beyond stunning. From a strictly old-school artistic standpoint. The pose, the angle, the colors, all effing GORGEOUS. Now, I don't know a helluva lot about rigging or mapping or hoozie-whatsin' with your fancy rendering and all, but from head to hoof, this piece is STUNNING.

It definitely has the "something."
Can't figure out what it is, though.

(irrelevant tangent, and commenting for the sake of activity)
I'm personally disposed for the more "cool" and distanced approached, the paranoia breed from TV presidential debates splashed into all of the visual sensory experience making this perspective possible. This is a good piece of art, but I due to my paranoia of the mastery of those whom make video game trailers, and the massive displacement of this work by other works (there are many other impressive z-brush models and things) and the lack of "reality testing" (seeing it in game) I feel this is only an excellent image. But hopefully it will appear a dozen times better in game.
(not to get raynaron down)

Good input, but I feel you're looking at it from too many angles here. Alow me to inject my own simplistic input.
The image looks good. And that, itself, is worth its weight in gold. Form a design standpoint, it came out wonderful, as much of Raynaron's stuff does, it is visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing, which makes the image a success.Β
Now, the game on the other hand... I know about as much as you. In my vast experience, its a good idea to enjoy the trailers and art for what they are, and sit on a sort of... cautious optimism for the final product that you're hopeful for.Β
To keep everything in its own pile, as it were, and not get too excited about the thing as one lump sum, be mindful to look at the entire process as a whole series of separate entities, and not be drawn in by hype, but also not dismiss the hype for what it is. Which is concentrated awesome.
And thats... thats pretty much the last smart sounding things my brain can conjure tonight, I think. Uuuuuhhhhh. yes. Yes it was.
