Here's my OC
I finally made a better reference sheet even though it looks a little complicated..
Note her eyes and the back section of her mane (behind her ear) has been updated.
(See the "Eyes" section for more info about the eyes that arent explained in the reference sheet!)

Name: Rayne Feather.
Gender: Female.
Species: Pegasus. (Scratch out the horn in the photo)
Eyes: Green. (In the black box her eye layout has been changed to look more similar to Rarity's. For her eyeshadow color, use the lighter shade of her mane color in the color code section then I recommend making it transparent [to about 30% or 40% or whatever you may think looks closest to the reference given] in order to form that lighter shade it is seen in the reference, any more questions about the eyes please ask don't guess)
Coat: Black coat with gradient blue wings.
Mane: Light blue with a layer of dark blue.

Personality: She is feminine and acts like a typical Canterlot pony with that sort of "im better than you" sort of attitude toward ponies she doesn't know but when she does get to know ponies, she is very down to earth and kind. She has a light Canterlot accent (similar to Rarity's). [in a nutshell, Rayne is the typical Canterlot mare in Canterlot, formal and sort of stuffy, but when she is outside of Canterlot, she is party hardy

- She is an average sized pony, no bigger or smaller than the main 6.
- She loves to explore outside of Canterlot. (mostly in ponyville)
- She loves dressing up in Canterlot attire but when she is outside of Canterlot, she normally wears just a black and green checkered scarf.
- She prefers to be out at night rather than in day time.
- She is no stronger than any other pony since that is what most alicorns are seen as.

Its an OC that rules the hole world they write them in a story.If a character is like "perfect" then its a mary sue.If its a just a simple alicorn then its not a mary sue.

First off: all alicorns are Mary Sue. There are no alicorns besides the three princesses, and alicorns are clearly very high-caste ponies. Almost all OC alicorns are "average Joe" ponies, which makes no sense.
Second: Piercings. These are obvious Mary Sue additions.
Third: Strange attention to pony details. Like the curl thing and the pointless wing coloring. Unnecessary and not very worthwhile to point out.
Finally: The hell does that cutie mark mean? Writing? Holding feathers at night? No matter what it means, I can assure you it's based on some mediocre talent of the artist's. Like all the "OC" alicorns with pen tablets on their flanks.

First off: It's a show. Why get your panties in a knot over a character being an alicorn? Before, people were saying "Only Celestia and Luan can be alicorns!!!!" but then Candence came in. :/ Saying those three can be alicorns is like saying only fluttershy and rainbow dash can be pegasus, only twilight and rarity can be unicorns, only applejack and pinkie pie can be earth ponies and only spike can be a dragon. And about the "average Joe" thing, I'm pretty sure Princesses don't babysit lil fillies like Candence did. :/ "Alicorns are clearly very high-caste poines. Why don't you go and argue about Lauren Faust's OC Alicorn. It's not a princess, it's an Alicorn and it's not in the show. By your logic, she is a Mary Sue.

Actually what you said about there being only three alicorns is not true. If you'll look at these pictures, you'll notice there are alicorn background ponies:

[link] <--- and here you have an alicorn filly in Twilight's Magic Kindergarten scene.
So really, alicorns are more common in G4 than you think. They may be higher-caste but there's certainly more than 3 of them, which makes alicorn OC's justified. Besides, if people want to draw alicorn characters for fun, what's the harm? They aren't making them royalty nor do they necessarily intend to put them in the world of FIM. Let them do what they want. They aren't hurting you, so why bother with them?

The reason that people having alicorn OCs is a problem is because EVERY person who thinks they need to be different makes an alicorn. Except everybody else has an alicorn. So you're not doing anything new, you're just rehashing the same thing everybody else has done, and the creativity is lost.

I just have to butt in and say if we dint add things such as peircings or acessories that makes them not mary-sues? Really? I'm pretty sure adfing accessories adds to creativity rather than the character looking plain abs similar to everyone elses. Its fun to be different.

I personally do not have an alicorn character. As for those who make them, in your opinion it may not be creative but to others it is. It's a matter of opinion. My advice -and yes, I do realize you did not ask for it. No need to tell me-, let people create what they want to create. If you don't like it, don't waste your time commenting and getting into comment wars. Simply move on and go enjoy something you do like. Hate and negative opinions aren't going to stop people from drawing and creating alicorn characters. It's just a part of fandom life you'll have to deal with. Plain and simple.

Ok not ALL alicorns are mary sue. Have you even seen the first generation of mlp? There were tons of Alicorns there and they were not different to the others except they had wings and horn. They still looked the same, small and chubby. And no one treated them differently.

Again, this is not the previous generations. This is the fourth. There are no flashbacks to previous generations, so let's get it straight.
Piercings on PONIES are Mary Sue. Human who get piercings are doing it for show, anyway. I don't care if you disagree. They're painful and serve no purpose other than to be seen.
I care because there are too many generic people making generic things that they (and other) people think are creative, while the reality is that they're just redoing the same tired thing.

That is true, this is the fourth gen. But as we have seen, Luna and Tia werent the only alicorns, when Cadence and the bloody changelings came into the picture. ALL changelings were alicorns! And they were quite a few.

The show is not congruent with previous series. The only references made to previous series are easter eggs or jokes. This is G4. The only alicorns in G4 are clearly very high-caste.
There are also only three alicorns to date, which you listed, again discouting Chrysalis.
