I love Bioshock.I haven't played Bioshock 2.
Bioshock Infinite has, so far, not dissappointed and even made old-school propaganda posters.
AND I FUCKING LOVE OLD-SCHOOL PROPAGANDA.
The first 9-10min gameplay vid came out today.
I just got done watching it.
There's semen EVERYWHERE.

Its an insult, thats what it is!! They have the nerve to call this B.S. 'Biohock'?? Its as much like Bioshock, as "Angry birds" is like "Halo"!! Their lame-brained excuse is saying its has the same "feel" of Bioshock. ALL 1ST PERSON SHOOTERS HAVE THE SAME FEELING!!!! In fact, the second game was criticized for being too similar to the original. Get over it. This game is better than the originals.

'Game of the year' means little to me. I tried Red dead redemption, the Assassins Creed series, and Arkham city, and hated them all. In fact, Bioshock is the only game series that's really popular that I really like. So I'm pissed that they took a shit all over it and gave us this

The combat was too similar and such. The only main difference was the plot, which was extremely dreadful compared to the original. It just seemed a way of reviving the story. Sure, playing as Delta was cool but not sufficient.

Despite it taking place in a different atmosphere, the original Bioshock games and Bioshock Infinite both have almost the same meanings behind their differences.
In my opinion, Bioshock Infinite was way better than other Bioshocks. The characters were well thought out, and the plot/story was simply beautiful. (A work of freaking art!!! ) A lot better than Bioshock 2's straightforward plot.
Geesh, it's really frustrates me to see haters like you, hating for no freaking reason when you haven't played the freaking game. Play the game, I'm sure you'll be amazed. I was once skeptic like your shoddy self, but when I began playing it, I ended up freaking loving that game.

I liked Bioshock 2 too, I liked ALL the Bioshock games, I just think it's too bland compared to the first one.
2k didn't leave Rapture in the dust, if you play Infinite, I'd say they're ADDing more to Rapture, adding more possibilities, more theories. Besides, Bioshock doesn't evolve around just on one city, I think it's genius that they are expanding to more possibilities and more cities and more stories. But in the end, it all comes back to Rapture, if you look at it, it's all related. "They'll always be a man and a city."

I do that all the time! I read all about the game on Wikipedia, so I don't get any nasty surprises, and if it sounds sucky, I don't get it. It saved me from getting the Force Unleashed.
Why am I here? Because I like Bioshock. When I heard infinite was coming out, I almost shit my pants. But then I saw all the shit in it, and none of it was Rapture, I got really pissed off. And yeah, you back to Rapture. FOR 8 MINUTES!!!

Wow. :/ I agree with you on Force Unleashed, it was a waste of a game, but Infinite is a gem of a game. And nothing you say is going to change my opinion, just like how everyone is trying knock some sense into you, but it's not working.

Also I really liked the concept and that it was different from the other games, I mean a city in the sky and it's like the opposite of rapture, and the steampunkish style, I loved it! Thought it was too short and a bit too easy, but it was a beautiful game. The end was mindfuck though. D:

You want your big daddy and little sister? Songbird and Elizabeth. You want your slicers? The Vox and authorities. You want your Rapture? Columbia. The only difference, besides the floating city, is that you're in the city while the chaos is happening, compared to walking into a grave yard. I have nothing against Rapture, but Columbia feels more like a Bioshock to me. There weren't even zeppelins in the 1912, yet Columbia has them, along with robots and an entire city that floats into the heavens.
