Gosh I hate him. I can't stand Hikaru. I don't even know why I am even bother coming to this stupid thing after school. Oh yeah it was Haruhi. I still can't believe she got caught in this crap. You might be wondering why I hate Hikaru. It was because I had a crush on him when we were younger.I left a note in his locker. He and Kaoru tricked me and my heart shartter. That's the last time I do something stupid.
"Y/N, are you okay?" Haruhi asks
"Um yeah. Just caught in a thought."
"I'm going to see if I can go see if we have some coffee for you."
"For me?"
"Yeah. You look so tired right now."
I have been studying my butt off lately. I do get tired from time to time, but it's really not a big deal.
I let Haruhi get my coffee though.
"Hey Y/N." I hear someone say
I notice the voice is Kaoru. I didn't like Kaoru either. I hate both of them with a passion.
"What is it Kaoru?" I asks
"Why you gotta to say it like that? It seems you know who is who."
"Answer my question what do you want?" I asks again
"Hikaru wants to talk to you."
Now what does he want? Should I go to him?
He begins to walk to me. Great. Now I have to talk to him.
"What is it Hikaru?" I ask
"You seem mad. I guess when you are tired you are cranky."
Nope I just don't want to talk to you.
I growl at him.
"Just answer her bro." says Kaoru
"Well Y/N I've notice you've been looking kind of tired the past weeks. I guess you have been studying. You are smart. You know a carnival is in town , and I wanted to take you."
Why is this fool asking me on a date?
I have half a mind to slap him right now. I am just going yell at him instead.
"Hika-" I say, but Haruhi puts her hand over my mouth
"She would love to go Hikaru."
What is she doing? She knows that I don't like Hikaru. Some friend she is.
"Good how about tonight at 8."
"She will be at my house ready to be picked up."
"Yeah. See you later."
Hikaru and Kaoru goes back to what they were doing.
I am so mad at her right now. Why would she do this?
"I hate you." I mumble in her hand
"We'll talk about this when we are at your house."
She takes her hand off my mouth.
~Time Skip~
At my house.
"Pick out something cute Y/N." says Haruhi
"Okay why did you set me on a date with Hikaru. You know that I hate him."
"Okay one, he is right you need to take a break. Two, do you really hate him?"
"I do."
"Or do you hate yourself for still liking him?"
"I don't like him!"
"You sure."
I don't like Hikaru. He broke my heart and made me cry that day. I don't like him.
I finally pick out my outfit .
"You look cute." Haruhi tease
"Shut up! Come on let's go to your house."
It was 7:30 when we were at Haruhi's house.
"You girls need anything to drink or eat?" Haruhi's dad asks
"No we are good." I say
The doorbell rings.
"Date time." says Haruhi
I get up.
I just want this to be over with.
"So how are you guys getting there Hikaru?" Haruhi asks
He steps to the side to reveal a huge limo.
Great like we don't need attention when we get there.
Haruhi pushes me out the door.
"Have fun Y/N!" she says
Hikaru opens the limo door and I walk in.
Hikaru and I don't talk in the limo. He tried to hold my hand, but I pull away. I just want this over with.
We finally get to the carnival.
"So what do you want to do first?" he asks me
"I don't know. Does it really matter?"
"How about we get some cotton candy?"
"Sure."
I really love cotton candy. At least that's going to be the good side of the date.
He then buys me the cotton candy.
I begin to eat it. It was so good.
"How about we eat this and then get on a ride."
I just continue to eat my cotton candy.
A couple of hours past.
I just don't want to talk to Hikaru. I guess he thinks that I forgot what happened. Well I haven't. I want out of this.
"Hey Y/N are you okay?" he asks
"I'm freaking fine." I say
"You don't sound fine."
"Well I am."
I don't want to talk to Hikaru at all. I just want to get out of this. It would have been nice if it was just me and my friends.
"Hey is it the time of the month? I totally understand, but other then that you shouldn't be grumpy all the time. You should be kind of grateful that me specifically asked you to this."
"You just think that you are every girl's dream don't you?!" I yell at him
At this point, I am pissed off. I am tired of him as a whole. Not every girl would be grateful to be with him.
"Hey what's wrong with you? If I knew any better, I would say you hate me."
"Because I do. I hate your guts Hikaru! The only freaking reason I am here is because Haruhi told me too. You think I have forgotten what you and your stupid twin brother did to me when we were younger.Well I didn't. You hurt my feelings and I will nver forgive you for that. You two took my dream of being you girlfriend and smashed it to the ground!I am out of here!"
I storm off.
"Y/N! Wait!"
"Piss off Hikaru!"
I start to walk around to see where to get out because it was an extremely huge carnival.
Something feels wrong. I feel like someone is watching me. It must be Hikaru.
I turn around and no one is there.
Okay this can't be good.
My hear begin to thump fast inside my chest.
I feel like this is a sign of danger.
I turn around and I see a very suspicious character.
Oh no. Oh no. This can't be good.
I run into a crowd of people.
This can't be happening. This can't be happening. I got to lose this guy.
I then see a shed and I run into it and hide under a table.
I should have never went to this thing. I should have never left Hikaru. If I die,this is all my fault.
I begin to shake and tears fall down my eyes.
"Where are you girly? I know that you are hiding in here." I hear him say
Don't make a sound Y/N. Don't make a sound.
I cover my mouth to hide my whimpers.
I'm going to die. I'm going to die. I'm going to die.
I then feel table I was under lift up.
This is not good.
"There you are."
I look up at the guy.
He tries to grab me, but I crawl away.
He gets hold of my leg, but I kick him in the face.
Come on think. Where can I get to?
I just end up crawling under another table and this time I flip it on its side.
"You are dead now." he says wielding a knife
Oh no.
My heart is beating out of my chest.
"Are you telling what you are doing here?" I hear a familiar voice say
The attacker turns around.
I see that Hikaru is right in the door way.
"Oh good two kills in one night." The attacker says
He then runs to Hikaru.
Hikaru isn't moving one bit.
He's going to kill Hikaru.
"Hikaru move! He's got a knife!" I yell at him
The attacker readied his arm with the knife.
I want to cover my eyes, but for some reason I can't.
Hikaru dodges the attacker's knife, and he punches the attacker in the stomach. Hikaru then uppercuts him.
"You damn brat!"
The attacker cuts Hikaru's face.
Hikaru backs up and covers his face.
The attacker gets closer and a cop tackles him.
"I finally got you. Thanks kid. You are going away for a long time." the cop says
The cop goes away with the attacker.
Hikaru walks to me.
I've never been so scared.
To think, I was yelling at Hikaru saying how I hate him and he saves me from a killer.
"Did he hurt you?" Hikaru asks while having his hand out
I give him a hug and start crying into his shoulder.
He begins to rub my back.
"It's going to be okay." he says
"Hikaru I am so sorry. I yelled at you and everything when you were trying to show me a fun time and-"
"Don't go blaming yourself because it wasn't your fault. It was mine. I am so sorry for what I did when we were younger. I feel like such an idiot. I am here to tell you that I have changed over the year. Sure what I said back there was rude, but I wasn't thinking."
He then lets go of me and I see the cut on his face.
"Hikaru. Your face." I say with concern
"Don't worry about mine. Let's just fix yours. "
He begins to wipe his face with his hands.
"If you want,I can walk you home. "
The thing is I do want to get out of this carnival, but I just want to stay with Hikaru for a little bit longer. I guess my feelings for him are growing back.
"How about we just get out of this carnival?" I asks
"Oh okay. How about we just watch a movie at my place?"
"That sounds better."
We both head out the shed. I wrap my arms around Hikaru's right arm.
"Hey you want me to win that (your favorite cartoon/anime character) plushie for you. You had your eye on it for quite a while."
"Yes."
"Do you want to walk or drive to my house?"
"Walk."
"Okay. I will call my driver and tell him that he don't have to drive us."
Hikaru dials the driver and tells him to not pick us up.
Hikaru and I walk to the stand with the plushies. It is a a throwing game. Knocking the bottle down to be exact.
"Step right up. Hit three bottles in a row and win a prize for the pretty lady only $3." says the guy
Hikaru gives the guy the $3.
"Hey not that I don't like you on my arm like this, but can you let go of my arm? I need to aim right."
I have been holding on to Hikaru this whole time and I haven't even noticed it. I let go of his arm.
Hikaru hits them all.
"Nice job sir."
"That one." he says pointing at the one that I want.
The man hands him the plushie and he hands it to me.
"Thanks Hikaru."
I give him a kiss on the cheek.
He puts his hand around my shoulder and we leave the carnival.
