Description Here are the Elite Four and Champion!

Name: Jack

Rematch Team: Accumulush (Lv. 70), Hermount (Lv. 70), Darmaneti (Lv. 70), Wekiundigo (Lv. 70), Abomasnow (Lv. 70), Glalie (Mega, Lv. 72)
A man from a distant northern region who arrived in the Chikai Region under mysterious circumstances. He may seem outwardly cold, but he has a warm heart, and cares deeply for his Pokemon. That being said, he fears letting others get too close to him for reasons he seems not to want to discuss.

Name: Sylvester
Specialty Type: Grass
Initial Team: Herbreak (Lv. 59), Polohula (Lv. 59), Argenturion (Lv. 60), Gravlora (Lv. 61)
Rematch Team: Herbreak (Lv. 71), Polohula (Lv. 71), Argenturion (Lv. 71), Gravlora (Lv. 71), Pitodendron (Lv. 71), Tropius (Mega, Lv. 73)
A strong lumberjack with a great admiration for nature, Sylvester is always careful when cutting down trees to only chop down those that are close to death or pose fire hazards. He's just as careful in battle, while still being just as powerful. Despite his intimidating appearance, he's actually extremely friendly.

Name: Titania
Specialty Type: Steel
Initial Team: Mantfist (Lv. 60), Mantutcheon (Lv. 60), Sametoge (Lv. 61), Mercuray (Lv. 62)
Rematch Team: Mantfist (Lv. 72), Mantutcheon (Lv. 72), Mantrash (Lv. 72), Sametoge (Lv. 72), Mercuray (Lv. 72), Lucario (Mega, Lv. 74)
A woman with nerves of steel, Titania is the mother of another Steel type gym leader in the Johto Region. She tends to be no-nonsense to most, but when a trainer has shown true strength, she loosens up and even in many cases will gush about the trainer's great skill. Her style in battle is similar; she starts off very merciless but if she opens up to her opponent she has a habit of going easy on them.

Name: Martha
Specialty Type: Dragon
Initial Team: Epidermhiss (Lv. 61), Nudragonch (Lv. 61), Neurocampus (Lv. 62), Tiánlóng (Lv. 63)
Rematch Team: Epidermhiss (Lv. 73), Nudragonch (Lv. 73), Neurocampus (Lv. 73), Tiánlóng (Lv. 73), Drahensile (Lv. 73), Altaria (Mega, Lv. 75)
A ruthless battler with an unforgiving personality. Martha aims to be the Champion but no matter how many times she tries she just can't seem to win. Being relegated to second best seems to have made her even more bitter. Despite this, she never takes it out on her Pokemon, but she does seem to have an undying desire to become stronger at any cost.

Name: Cosmo
Specialty Type: Cosmic
Initial Team: Hubblescope (Lv. 65), Astreon (Lv. 66), Portygon-Z (Lv. 67), Stellaquila (Lv. 68), Galaxaries (Celestial, Lv. 69), Galaxaries (Mega, Lv. 69)
Rematch Team: Hubblescope (Lv. 75), Astreon (Lv. 76), Portygon-Z (Lv. 77), Stellaquila (Lv. 78), Galaxaries (Celestial, Lv. 80), Galaxaries (Mega, Lv. 80)
The Chikai Region Pokemon League Champion, Cosmo is actually originally from Unova. He frequents the observatory near the Pokemon League, and is a world renowned astronomer, astrophysicist, and cosmologist. Scientists and Pokemon trainers alike look up to him and his prowess both in science and in battle. He's a rather jovial man, but when engaging in battle or science, he shows his serious side. He loves educating people and thus visits both science academies and Pokemon Trainer Schools pretty frequently to pass on his wealth of knowledge.

Way better than BW and XY(though they have higher levels but still pushovers ).

Yeah, agreed. Honestly I was really disappointed by the gym leaders and Elite Four in those games, particularly the Elite Four in XY. I mean, they could've given each member a Mega Evolution as a fifth Pokemon to make things both more interesting and more challenging! But nope, total pushovers...
