Or more precisely we can finally put our restless spirit to rest, we can't allow that sponge to threaten the cartoon industry and monopolizing it, it's not just illegal, it also causes competition to always in favor of the kitchen sponge.
Newbie cartoons tend to die so early while some managed to stay alive but they eventually die. Our beloved Gravity Falls survived nicely until Spongebob finally drained their financial blood, it is now a lifeless corpse.

Not quite, my friend. Sure, Loud may have won viewership, but that does not mean Loud win at 100% with the other criteria to be able to overthrow that Sponge's throne.

Though we must be warn, the sponge also being the source of the company's tons of revenue, if Loud House continue to threat their "Flagship" show, they will do something against Loud House.

Avatar: The Last Airbender was the only recent Nick show that won in 2008 beating SpongeBob to the punch and Rugrats last win is in 2001. Ask the Avatar creators how it make FOP and TMNT being unfair to SpongeBob on winning the KCAs despite FOP is second longest and TMNT's 2012 revival sparked merchandise attention.

I knew it won't last for long, so yes, Avatar beat it until it's ousted. I suspect Loud House will be the same, have mentioned this before, as that dreaded sponge is their "Mother of All Flagship" cartoon, they'll do whatever it takes to save their own faces and ensure it will keep that kitchen sponge alive and all well "famous".

CN and Disney are also being unfair too that would explain Disney has bigger kids entertainment brand with bigger money and heritage *CoughbigmoviesCough* *CoughbigthemeparksCough* *CoughstoresCough* while CN has a backing with WB, HB and DC.
Disney has a music award show while CN failed to make a third live action competition.

I can sense your point, consider the sponge show is Nick's source of revenue, tons of it for their pocket, they'll do whatever it takes to ensure their "flagship" is not overthrown by another cartoon. As being the execs themselves, they can kill Loud House too. We pray that they will not do that.
I know that I'm being a buzzkill, but we must be on our guard. Winning Viewership is only 1 of few criterias, it must win more in order to show us that the sponge, like all real life kings, "No king rules forever!"

Ok, that was deep...Still, Spongebob's been on since the 90's, has had two movies,(I'll admit the second one wasn't that good...) and is extremely iconic. Do I think it is possible for TLH to overthrow it...maybe...but most likely not this year...

You just read my mind, not this year. Same goes for cannot just win overnight, Rome is not built in a day. Most of all, the sponge can taunt you saying "Good luck overthrowing me, your king!
