Mona changes from a squeeze toy > mouse > paper > racket ball > guard > soap bubble > toy car > moth > herself as she infiltrates the facility where Dirk is held prisoner. I feel she needs to be in the running for most powerful shape shifter. She later changes into a cannon and motorcycle and claims to be able to change into a air craft carrier (s2e9).

I guess we can add a third reason (after powers misfire/demo and escape) why a shapeshifter would go through a rapid sequence - stealth.
