a little drawing i started a few days ago. told myseld that i had to post it tonight, cuz one never knows what will happen tomorow. a little look into the life of me. at least it will be real fun to color. enjoy.Related content

What I was thinking, precisely, was something with lots of small shines like throwback from a cold light; dark color spiraling down into warmer (but not more comfortable) tone; a little scratchy brushwork, a little unexpected or "incorrect" placement of color--greens work well for that, green is weird; and an overall color scheme of violets/greys, blue-greens and dark orange, or greys, red and yellow. Anything strike you?
Now that I think about it, I think I prefer being called "man".

sounds perfect, looks like we have the same thought on color tones and skeems. (gha...spelling, spelling) i've been teaching myself photoshop and open canvis and i allways go that direction. everythings dark and moody just like i like it, well as far as my skill will take me. i'm working on 'my room' with open canvis and so far its a slap in the face due to poor program skill but working out well at the same time. have a shot at it if you like. i'm sorry but i just can't call you man.

yea, it was the idea of smoking with the blood moon. no idea where it came from, it just happened. my best stuff happens that way. you've got me down pretty good. i don't think anyone has done that so i'm not sure your allowed. *pondering the fact*.........................

I did a color mockup with violets and muted greens, that I'd like to send you, and now I'm going to do one in greens and silver and reds. --after I do a few you can pick the one you like.

I didn't use any detail or texture, this is all hard brush and blocked out color--just til we settle with what scheme is the best.

This is absolutely awesome! *Drools and rambles incoherently for a moment* The angle is great - and I personally love the sketchyness of the image - it feels more personal which I think is where you're coming from anyway. I agree with Zero though - size it down so we can see it all at once without having to scroll.
