The Phantom Stranger had faced many situations where the superheroes where brainwashed or under the influence of a multiversal abomination, but even he knew that the particulars of those situations will vary in individual aspects. This meant that he could handle an unexpected problem like the hissy-fit the Black Lantern Spectre was having.

"Are you so weak that not only would you succumb to a monster like Nekron, but also deprive a man of his well deserved peace?!" He said, nursing a cautious hope that the Spectre might actually listen to him and fight the influence of the Black Lantern Ring.

"I don't care. I want Jim Corrigan back!" The Black Lantern Spectre said, stomping his feet like a little child.

"Wow, I'm surprised that the Spectre even has a favorite host," Blue Devil said.

The Phantom Stranger mentally sighed. Somehow he knew that this situation was definitely going to be much harder than it looked.
