I've been wanting to draw more YooHoo & Friends art, and Hina suggested drawing Emolga since I drew Pachirisu! I found the perfect way to do both ^w^Also I saved this image as emo shoe.png, fun fact!

I Always Save the most High Quality Pictures that are Really Dear to me or Fan Art that I get. Even though this is nice, There's a Reason I don't save Everything as it'll Take up too much Space. :3
