First you can see the overall wing pose is very very similar with the angle and then the bends, elbows if you will
Then the leg perspective/joint is almost identical?
You should definitely credit things when referencing even if loosely

It's just a generic bat pose. I have little desire to discuss this as you feel strongly enough that you took the time to flip, rotate, and even resize my drawing in order to make it fit properly onto the image from FR.
I asked a friend of mine to compare the two, and he didn't reach the same conclusions, this is his layover and comments, sta.sh/09l2k4momhh

It took me a very long time to formulate a reply to you as we were mutuals and I feel hurt that you would accuse me of tracing/referencing from a game I don't play, and even make that gif.

Im not accusing you of tracing, its just the poses with the wings, and the layout of the legs (a very uncommonly done perspective) something that very much stuck out to me.

Shows its not a perfect line up, mine showed the same thing its not a perfect match. I didnt accuse tracing, I brought up referencing.
That leg to me is a sure sign of it since you did it and the wing stance together on the same image. Those are key traits to the work that shows hints of reference. And thats why I brought it up.
Perspective of wings, layout of wing joints, and then the way the legs work are incredibly similar and strike me as loosely referenced.

Similar yes, but not quite the same.
I stand by my belief of reference simply because the leg angle matching up very nice, with the wing type/layout and even the perspective distortion of the wing size still leads me to believe referenced. Your not going to find that kinda combo on anything unless its referenced. If I saw this image and immediately had to run to FR to see how it lined up, thats not a good thing lol
None the less, Ray denies it. I cant prove it either way, no one can. I dont want to pick on Ray or try to get them harassed by any means so whatever~
