I created new layer, change to "Soft Light" mode and use gradient tool with yellow-orange color it.

^^ Thank you! Do you clip mask the 'soft light' layer onto a layer underneath with some individual strands or do you do it to the whole picture (no clip mask)???

Not,I don't clip mark layer here. Just create new layer upper and paint on it
