I've used all of these answers when I get asked that...I teach kids' art classes during the summer and children have no filters so I get asked this. On a daily basis.
Anyhow the answer is both. I'm bigender. Sometimes I identify as male, sometimes I identify as female. Most of the time I sorta feel like both.
So I'm a spork.

Honestly I'm not defined by my gender, I don't 'feel' like a boy or a girl.
So I'm a girl for the sake of grammar and genetics.

I've been asked so many times it's not even funny.
And then there's that kind old person who always thinks they're helping by telling me I'm in the wrong bathroom.
Every time.
Or someone freaks out and I'm just thinking "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK I'M GONNA DO IN HERE THERE ARE LIKE FIVE OTHER PEOPLE."
I feel like a spork. ^-^ I understand what you're saying and I try not to be defined by it but I definitely feel like bigender.Β
I'm planning on coming out to my friends who don't know yet and asking them to start using my preferred name and pronouns, so hopefully I can simplify that. As for genetics I really don't care. Like I don't even feel weird about what I do or don't have from a physical standpoint whether or not my gender matches my sex on any given day. It's weird.Β

AGH I KNOW BATHROOMS ARE SO FLIPPING AWKWARD.
I'm not flatchested at all, but I tend to wear really loose clothes.
So everytime I'm washing my hands in the bathroom and some
other lady comes in I'm just thinking 'don't freak out on me.'
I once wore a full on batman costume to a pumpkin festival, foam
abs and all. It was hot and I took off my cowl but everybody still
called me 'son' and stuff 'cause of my hair. :IΒ
