Based on Astral Chain's success on the Switch it's only fitting that these twins join the roster.

Toon Zelda is by far one of the most complex incarniatons of Princess Zelda in the series. And if we're going to have Toon Zelda might as well have Tetra.

Anyway with Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2, and very high chance of the rest of the series getting ports on the Switch Dante is now eligable for Smash! Plus it will allow players to relive Death Battle's Dante vs. Bayonetta.

Cause She’s Important to Nintendo: Lyndis - Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword (2003)
Lyndis was the first Fire Emblem Lord introduced to Western players through an ACTUAL Fire Emblem game instead of Smash Bros. It's thanks to her that Fire Emblem has been a sucess in the West. She is just as important to the series as Marth and is as big of a female icon as Samus Aran. She deserves much more than a dang Assist Trophy!

Cause His Series Needs Reps: Matthew - Golden Sun series (2001-10)
All Golden Sun games have been featured on Nintendo consoles yet the series has been very under utilized- time to fix that!

Cause He’s Quirky: Bomberman - Bomberman series (1985- )

Cause He’s Fierce: Doomguy - Doom series (1993- )
Doom has had a history of being on Nintendo platforms. Now before anybody says "but Doomguy is too violent for Smash" well if characters from mature games like Bayonetta and Metal Gear Solid can be in Smash I don't see the problem with having Doomguy.

Cause His Inclusion Would Be Hilarious: Phoenix Wright - Ace Attorney series (2001- )
Admit it: it would be hilarious seeing an attorney wiping the floor with warriors, bounty hunters, monsters, animals, and sorts of other fighters!

Cause She’s Underrated: Joanna Dark - Perfect Dark series (2000-05)
Joanna Dark is by far one of the most overlooked heroines.
Just please lead to comeback for the series!

Cause He Has Nostalgic Value: Crash Bandicoot (1996- )

Cause He Defies Expectations: Professor Hershel Layton - Professor Layton series (2007- )
At first glance Layton would seem unlikely for Smash Bros but he is actually skilled with a sword and has the brains to outsmart the toughest opponents!

Because it’s PERFECT!!!: Marco Rossi - Metal Slug series (1996- )
I swear Marco for Smash is a match made in Heaven. He has all sorts of different weapons for all kinds of movesets and his Final Smash could be that tank of his!
