I think this is by far one of my favorite designs from my old drawings. He is an old design but I can't really remember when I made him and he is also one of my simplest designs. I hope you guys will like his final evo.

Species: Archer Pokemon
Ability: Sniper, Super Luck
Availability: Common
Location: Harvest River

Description: They are always born in Harvest river. When they are old enough, they evolve and migrate to Pillow Seas.

Design/Concept: Rifin are based on archerfishes en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archerfi… and Salmon migration. They also shoot very precise water guns at various prey.
