Description: They protect themselves from predators by covering their bodies with foam. The foam on their backs also seems to have healing properties.

Design/Concept: They are based on spittlebugs or commonly known as froghoppers en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Froghopp… and soap. They are very clean pokemon and the bubble on its head contains water. They also like to live near ponds and such.
