Description
This is one of the player character races in the "Heroes' Tears RPG" called the Midniss. They were created during the Arcanist Wars which was a great conflict between rival groups of wizards thousands of years ago. Midniss are dextrous and charismatic but not as wise or robust as a human. It's not to say he couldn't wear clothes, but it's not really a societal norm in Heroes' Tears for them to need to cover anything up (as it is for the humanoid mammals). Unfortunately, I'm only an artist and can only affect societal norms in Heroes' Tears as much as I can in the real world.

yeah, interestingly there is a race of these lizard guys called Halnaak, and they do wear clothes more in line with the humanoid mammals of the game. I'll submit the image I did for that race next so you can see it.
