This is awesome! I love the pose and colors (and, of course, the subject matter) - the only thing I'd change is the Hadoken flare. It's fairly amorphous at the moment, and a few swirls or tongues of flame might to it good.

The coloring and the shading look absolutely outstanding!! some of the proportions look crooked though, like on his skull, the right side looks a little slumped lower then the other side and the fingers, especially his thumb, of his upper hand look a little more rounded then they should be , if you get what i'm saying.
Mainly i'm just saying proportions are weird but its okay! Everything else is absolutely AMAZING. I gotta say, good job!
