Update on this. Almost done. Just got to change the shoe colors and fix the skirt area. Fix a little bit of the neck and body texture and should be done. Stay tuned...Related content

You need a texture and a bump map.Β The Bump doesn't have to be elaborate, just a flat one will do.
If you have one of my models, open the directory and find something like "n.png" or "bumpmap_flat.png".
Add these to the dress (you can do this either in Blender or XPS).Β Usually the third texture down.
Set it for Render Group 4 and then crank up the "bump specular amount"Β to your hearts content until it looks like latex.
