Are you actually Native American? Wearing feathers in your hair doesn't make you native? A majority of tribes/clans do not even wear feathers, it's mostly beads. If you aren't Native American this is offensive. If you are Native American what tribe are you from?

i am crow native american, if i wasn't i wouldn't be able to own the feather on my head ( it is a eagle feather ) still i do not look it cause i had to change my look

Believe she once told me that she was at least part native. Don't recall the tribe though.
I descend from Houma and Cherokee. Of course, I'm roughly only 1/32. MY buddies that are at least 50% or better native, always mess with me about it.

? I said I knew you were native, just didn't know the tribe, then I stated which tribes I descended from. Even though it's only a relatively small % of my ancestry.

I'll be sure to look at them. A lot of people from the tribes in this area had to change how they look, speak,and event act for various reasons. Glad the people in my area are a little more understanding nowadays.
Still a long way to go though. I'm glad my nephew's don't have such hate in their hearts.

same here, i am thankful to have changed from all the crap iv been though. With that said i am thankful to be native but im thankful to be adopted by a nice white family who didn't treat me shitty. (there are great GREAT natives out there) i just happend to be born in a bad one
