Description

This had been an idea of mine that was going through my head for quite a while. If I were to come up with a Powerpuff Z game, what kind of Story Mode would I make? This picture is a collection of some of the ideas I had.

Story Mode: Mojo Jojo is at it again! This time, he has given himself and the Rowdyruff Boys a boost of enhanced Chemical X, which have made the Rowdyruffs stronger and Mojo into a giant monster! It's up to the Powerpuff Girls to defeat Mojo and save the day once again, and if they still have time before bedtime, discover the source of Mojo's new brand of Chemical X...

In the Story mode, you choose between Blossom, Bubbles or Buttercup, just like in PPZ and PPZ3. You only fight the Rowdyruff Boys as your opponents, but they can all be considered boss fights of sorts. At 50% health, the Rowdyruff Boys power up, gaining extra strength (Butch), extra speed (Brick), or powered up special moves (Boomer). You then fight the 2 unplayable boss characters:

Imposter: Starts off as a fight against Blossom, but at 50% health, Imposter transforms into her monster form, regaining all of her health in the process! She gains additional strength and speed, and gains new stronger special moves to replace Blossom's. (The Ice Breath Cannon and the Lightning Storm)

Mojo Jojo: Mojo is more like the UFO or Him from the original Powerpuff Z, in that he is a giant boss. Mojo fires powerful energy blasts and Tracking Beams like regular shots, making him a difficult final boss! Fortunately, like the MechaBleak fight, the other two Powerpuff Girls will join you for the battle!

Get through Story mode without continuing and defeat Mojo Jojo quickly enough and you will take on the secret character...

Patriarch: The Lone Xanocite reveals the source of the enhanced Chemical X Mojo used on himself and the Rowdyruff Boys to have come from the meteorite that broke off from his home planet when it was destroyed by the Blizza Empire. He will then challenge your Powerpuff Girl to a one on one fight, and he is tough! He moves at lightning speed, has seemingly limitless energy, and his special moves are enhanced versions of the Power Stream and Dancing Bomb!

Defeating Mojo Jojo having spent a continue or taking too long results in a standard ending, while defeating Patriarch gets a special ending. What those endings are I hadn't decided yet.

I can see that. The PPZ games do borrow some elements from DBZ.
