Created by the hatred between the Powerpuff Girls and the Rowdyruff Boys, the demonic Bane seeks to destroy them all! Not willing to let Bane succeed in his mission, Blazer has chosen to confront Bane not only on behalf of the Powerpuff Girls, but the Rowdyruff Boys as well, despite the Ruffs hating Blazer just as much, if not more, than the Powerpuff Girls!

Surprisingly, the phycopath shapeshifter Anarchy has taken this battle with Bane very seriously. Normally an enemy of the Powerpuff Girls, Anarchy wants to see Bane stopped as well, seeing that the battles between the Powerpuff Girls and the Rowdyruff Boys could very well cause mass destruction across the entire planet, something Anarchy is very intent on preserving for his own reasons.

Seeing as Bane will be a much greater foe than any he has faced before, Blazer has decided not to hold back at all, and intends to unleash the full potential of his Master 7 technique against Bane! Will it be enough? Can Blazer save his half sisters and his arch rivals from this powerful mutual foe? What does Anarchy plan on doing about Bane?
