Oh yes. Have you ever gotten to play or see the Old NES game "Adventures through the magic Kingdom"? It was a level in that. As well as pirates, space mountain and big thunder.

The Kingdom Hearts games were made by Square Enix, the guys who make Final Fantasy.
Though I'm with you on this one,I would play "Adventures in the Magic Kingdom" long before I ever went through Kingdom Hearts 2 again.
