This is utterly amazing. I love this movie with all my heart, especially because of the themes brought from the symbolism of Tim Curry's -utterly sexy!- Darkness, a symbol of evil and red lusty temptation, in conflict with the innocence and immaturity of the princess. Such themes are my favorite in films and books, the journey to maturity under battle by temptation. You captured the emotions and drama very well with the posing: Darkness leering with a nasty smile of power, snake-like eyes and animalistic features to represent the base-animal-like desires that, a noble human princess, is taught not to choose. Your style for Lili with wide doeful eyes, her hands clinging for support, with a pose signalling undecided intentions is very amazing. Its not often to see a work with such color and style quality vividly portraying the scene's intentions.
I give one star off for technique as your style is not 100% clear-cut on linework and color, but it is to be expected and not a discouragement. Half off for originality because this is good fanart, not an original film. Other than that this is an amazing work and I hope to see more Legend-related things in the future from you!

Wow, well thank you very much. About the line art vs non lineart? Do you find it distracting? or just that it doesn't blend together.I still feel like I haven't found the absolute right look for my work. And still experiment with different methods. I make none line art backgrounds to make it feel like more traditional animation backgrounds. But if it doesn't work, I hope people will tell me.

I love the lineart, definitely a cartoon-esque aspect. However with time the backgrounds will get better, because the leafy-chair thing she's leaning against seems a bit 'muddy'. Now that you pointed it out, yes, I DO see what your'e doing! Like traditional animation! Wow that makes it EXTRA special...just keep drawing and experimenting, and don't let anyone bring you down! I certainly do not find it distracting.

Awesome. "Big D" looks menacing and lusty, Lily looks frightened and oh so beautiful. I see you have done a few pictures of Darkness, and they keep getting better. I am completely infatuated with Lily, especially in her 'dark mode', so if the desire do draw her more ever comes, I would love to see it!
