Scrooge is much more of a Zuko, especially right after his time in the Yukon. Fergus is more the Iroh figure in the Disney Duck universe, despite not being a constant presence in Scrooge's life after Scrooge left Scotland at 13.
Goldie O'Gilt is Mai with an ability to express feelings. And a good singing voice.

If Donald's Zuko, and Scrooge is Iroh, then who are Ozai, Azula, Ursa & Lu Ten?

Logically, Hortense would be Ursa and Quackmore would be Ozai. Scrooge doesn't have a brother, so he's Donald's maternal uncle. Obviously, Della would be Azula, which might explain why she abandoned her sons to Donald's care.
