Rewatching MAGMML2 streams made me notice how weird the Volt Man's sprite was (and the other DOS ones as well), so i said "what would i make him look like?"I based it off of the first image you see when searching "megaman volt man"
EDIT: Removed the dot on his forehead that isn't supposed to be there.
