I mean he has to have sex organs, but since he's half lizard I thought they would be arranged like a lizard, not a human.

His not Half Lizard he is Raptor from Earth since thats where all of Reptile's Race is Originated and the reason they were driven was that Shinnok before Shao Kahn control Outworld, Shinnok Manipulated the Raptor Race in which made them go to war with Humans but failed to win the battle in which they were driven out of Earth and made a new realm. and since Reptile and his Race is a distant cousins to the Real Life Reptiles and Amphibians and i think Humans since they are as big as them but only very faster then them but i would reckon they would have the same Sex Organs as Reptiles, Amphibians and Humans have

lol but thats the thing they didn't mention this story in the game as well i heard this story from one of Ed Boon's old Interview in which is very rare to find but all i know is that he said something about Reptiles/Chameleon and Khameleon's Race Originated and the other i remember is that where the Character Ermac came from in which came from the First every known and famous Glitch on MK1 in which Scorpion or Sub Zero or Reptile would drop there normal Palette Color (Yellow, Blue, Green) and would turn into a Red Ninja in which in the name bar would be called ERMAC in which means there was an Error in the systems. the only way to see this Glitch is by Over playing MK1 but i forget on what game console(i mean Sega Megadrive, SNES, N64 i think, Sega Saturn) and others but yea
