An arrogant and vain martial artist who serves as one of Kyuza's top enforcers; he rose to prominence after proving himself in the fighting tournaments. As he quickly advanced through the ranks, he met Ryoko and her secret love interest Ricky Itazura. Prone to taking what he wants (and assuming everyone fawns over him), Tensu became flirty with both of them. He and Ricky became close on missions; and afterwards, he'd get personal with the boss' daughter. When Ricky fell out of favor, Ryoko quickly moved on with Tensu. Naturally, he didn't mind. When he was selected to lead the hunt for the rogue Ricky, he thought it would be a quick tussle and that he'd be able to negotiate Ricky's return to the fold - under him, of course.

Unfortunately, things did not turn out that way. Ryoko was obsessed with increasing her powers and became Madame Skull. She was unrecognizable to him, and he to her. His failure to apprehend Ricky, who now had powers of his own, was making a fool of Tensu. To prove himself, he volunteered for Madame Skull's mystical enhancements - infusing himself with the powers of a Tengu demon. He gained the power of flight, increased strength, and hypnosis. These new abilities quickly went to his head as he boasted about hunting down the rogue.

Tensu is an impressive and intimidating fighter; but his ego is a persistent weakness. Still, he should not be underestimated. He is hot tempered and is dangerous when angry. Perhaps it's the demon in him.
