Description
Since I would like to draw the gals some more, I thought I would give them solid designs for my style.
I did not change much since that would be too much detail. I wanted to do fullbody drawings but that takes too much time, so maybe later.
I know they are horses but I like making them fluffy like cats. Also I changed Twilight's hair to more match my human design.

Pinkie Pie is the shortest. She is also quite chubby and rounded. Her pupils are almost always expanded. She is fuzzball and her ears are far apart and round.
Rarity is the second shortest. Her coat is silky smooth. She has an elegant face and eye shape with softer edges.
Applejack is the second tallest. She is fluffy but scruffy. She has coat markings like a draft horse. Her muzzle is more angular. Applejack too has ears quite apart.
Fluttershy is the tallest. She has soft but long muzzle. Her coat is mostly smooth.
Twilight is the third tallest after she became an alicorn. She has an agular long muzzle. She is a bit fuzzy. Her horn is longer than Rarity's.
Rainbow Dash is a little shorter than Twilight. She is the fuzziest but hides it. Her ears are also the most apart. She has a very thin long muzzle. She also has few scars and such.

Since I wanna have fun with this, I thought of some fun concepts!
The further apart the ears are, the cuddlier the pony. They also tend to be more expressive, whether through face or involuntary ear reactions.
Majority of earth ponies are quite fluffy. Unicorns usually have smoother coats. With pegasi it is based on their environment, weather ponies tend to be fuzzier.
Earth ponies are very likely to have coat markings, unicorns occasionally. Pegasi have markings very rarely.
Unicorn horns have a core which can be slightly visible through the lined crevice, thus the colored lining.

Anyway I really hope I get to draw them more soon cause they came out super adorable. I would definitely like to draw fullbody drawings to show their different body types too.
