This is a beautiful photo that shows both sensuality and softness. This photo doesn't need a mature filter. Don't let the repressed, easily offended people get you down.

This is a nice photo, I really like the grayscale and the way the girls hair is real dark and everything else is grey.
I do agree with some of the people who are saying to add a mature filter, but a light one.
An open mouth kiss between a lesbian couple could be a bit much for some people, and for any kids that might be using this site. No need to rush them into this when their so young, but of course this is all my opinion.

I can't decide whether I like this or not. On the one hand, the softness of the picture makes it seem dreamlike, and clearly portrays a feeling of love. On the other hand, it seems much too perfect to be real - there's no texture, and you can't really see the faces. It seems like it should be about love, warmth and passion, but it just comes across with such a sexual undertone. I'm not sure the title helps things either. If this was your intention, fair enough, but I would say the focus and the framing takes the picture away from the concept of love.

I really like this photo. I don't feel adequate to give any critique. I only offer applause.
Living in California and spending alot of time in the Bay Area going to dance parties/being a part of the nightlife has really dulled the shock value of this for me. I suppose though it is still provocative. I don't say this to sound obnoxious or lofty with my politically correct sensibilities. I sincerely do not find this provocative. Maybe enticing? But, there is no way I'd get a piece of that action since it appears a man is the furthest thing from their mind.
Also this making the front page just gave 20,000 DA Fanboys a way wear them selves out tonight.

Just because it suggests lesbian activity doesn't mean it can't be artistic. The contrast in this photograph is absolutely stunning and the photo itself is just as beautiful. Very well done :]

I don't think anyone is arguing it's lack of artistic value. My personal issue is that I believe the general populace is admiring the activities within the image more than the actual artistic value.

To be perfectly honest, I'm not all that impressed. I feel the only reason this has gotten 1,000+ favs is because it has lesbian activity, not because it is a particularly well done photo or anything.
I feel that some of your other photos are much more impressive, and worthy of garnering so much attention.

Well. For me, as a lesbian who hasn't come out to anybody except for one of my friends ... it's important to me for the very reason they're just doing the normal thing.
I know that's not the reason most people are favouriting, but that's why I did.
