Guh! I just can never get over them... D:Caim and Angelus/Angel shared such a deep and beautiful bond--it was something that truly touched me and (when I think about it) moves me to my very core. I can't even begin to describe it without geeking out too much...
I cried so much during Chapter 9. I hope I'm not the only one out there... >.>

omg i love this, and no your not the only one that shed tears during that chapter, fighting angelus was the hardest thing i ever did, what started of as a pact that was formed on the will to live became a bond of pure love and friendship. Sadly during the 18 year time span until the time of drakengard 2, that same bond that gave them strength became their curse. after angelus became the seal, all caim could hear in his head was her cries of pain and knowing what would happened to the world if he stoped the pain drove him to madness. thats why he broke the seals, he stoped caring what would happen to the world as long as he could finally save the only one in the world that he loved with all his heart for her pain, to him with would have been worth it. is was so sad to see them go, but at least they were no longer in pain when they died.

Ironically, i was just playing this game the other day. I havent managed to get my paws on the second one, but i have been hearing amazing reviews from my friends. this is my favorite game i have come across, and these two will always hold a special place in my heart for the beauty and devotion they have for one another.

The second one is great, with one great improvement to the gameplay in battle: YOU CAN HEAL, and switching out between other characters isn't a bitch anymore! Also, the story is pretty damn cool. Though I wish it spent a little more time with Caim, maybe even allowed him as a party member again >_>. But hey, he was in the game and played a crucial role, so I can't complain.

I was shocked when I heared, that I have to fight against Angelus .....
I was frightend when I saw her destroying the villages in her rage...
I asked myself until today what they have done to her when she was the final seal.....
But I cried so much when she died....

Angelus probably killed me 5 or 6 times because I was reluctant to fight her.

Itd be crazy if how much you leveled her up in the first game decided how powerful she was in the second....
I never wouldve beaten her, cause in the first game I completely maxed her out.

I love how you really capture his feelings here. They do love each other in a very emotional way. They're my favorite cuddle pairing ever.

Extrenly beautiful this piece is.
It was a beautiful thing Caim and Angelus Had. I cried on chapter 8 or the first game.
Then the second I lost it. They are DEFINATELY two characters that are hard NOT to fall inlove with.
but I can't get over how beautiful this piece is.
You can almost see how close they are by looking at there eyes.

I always liked these two when I played the 2 games. The bond they had was almost tear-jerking. The last scene of the two in the 2nd game was just simply beautiful.

I managed to hold in my tears during the scene, just to absorb it. But as soon as Angelus and Caim were off the screen, the tears leaked out and I lost it:

I cried at that part. for the first few times. iv gotten used to seeing it in parts because when i make my movies, i always use that scene >.< . this is really wonderful, one of the only artworks that show just how close they really were. i'm really surprized at just how many DG fans ignored that deep bond. tis sad that they had to die. tis ironic how they met while saveing the world and how Caim was willing to destroy it to be with her. Anyways, this is a very emotionally moveing work. wonderful job!

It was very ironic, in a way that makes you smile and feel kind of fuzzy--not in a morbid sort of way, but in a way that just let's you know the things that they were willing to go through; the hell that they were willing to endure, you know?
I was very happy that Caim was selfish for a change and was willing to let the world fall apart. He suffered for so long and was so happy for even those final moments with what had so quickly become a part of his very soul...

OMG... they did share an amazing bond... and you can still see it in Drakengard 2, its YEARS later, and now its even worse, they are everything that matters to each other, Caim don't even care if the world is destroyed XD
